Terms & Conditions

By booking a course with Raven Driving Training, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Business Information
Raven Driving Training is a fully certified, RSA-approved motorcycle training provider. Our registered address and contact details are available on our website.
 

2. Services Provided
We provide:

  • Initial Basic Training (IBT)

  • Pre-test lessons

  • Back to Biking courses

  • Advanced rider training
     

3. Booking Rules
All bookings must be arranged in advance with a trainer. Meeting locations will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be rescheduled if you notify us in advance.

  • Cancellations must be communicated by email. In urgent cases, please call and follow up with an email.

  • Payments are non-refundable. If you do not attend your booked lesson without notice, no refund will be given.
     

5. Student Responsibilities

  • You must bring your valid driving licence.

  • You must not consume alcohol or drugs before training.

  • All safety gear and motorcycles are provided.
     

6. Instructor Responsibilities
We will provide RSA-approved training, safety equipment, and motorcycles in line with RSA standards.
 

7. Liability
Raven Driving Training is not responsible for:

  • Test failures

  • Accidents or incidents outside of lessons
     

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
